Last month, I had the privilege of getting CIZE certified WITH Shaun T! Here is the dance we learned, how awesome is that?! We straight up looked like professional back-up dancers lol We were the very FIRST group to get certified! It was so much fun! The course was 8 hrs long. I ended up burning 2,400 calories that day.
